Updated Curbside Protocol
Due to the uptick in local COVID-19 cases, we have made the decision to continue with curbside appointments for the foreseeable future. Our number one priority throughout this pandemic has been the safety of our clients, patients and team members. The exception to curbside service will be euthanasia appointments (two family members maximum will be allowed inside).
Please know that we continue to take every precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Exam rooms are thoroughly disinfected between patients and high-touch areas are sanitized multiple times throughout the day. Please review our Curbside Protocol as we’ve made a couple of changes. To streamline our curbside service, we will be asking that you bring your pet to the front door and pick your pet up at our front door. Once you arrive and let us know you are here for your appointment, we will let you know when to bring your pet to us. In case social distancing cannot be observed during drop off or pickup, please remember to wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth.
We will re-evaluate our operations and processes on an ongoing basis, basing any changes on recommendations from Monroe County and the NYS Veterinary Medical Society to ensure the safety of our clients and team members.
Again, thank you for your patience. We look forward to seeing you and your pet soon.
